to teach its on-call nurses to use a telephone triage system. For

leading beverage manufacturer's employee bonus system,
we wrote business process documentation. A CBT
and training workshop development and delivery were part
of the performance support strategy USERTECH/Canterbury designed for
a provider of duty-free merchandiser's tracking, sales,
and accounting systems. USERTECH/Canterbury
crafted Web-based documentation and a user's manual for
a brokerage firm's Web-based wholesale and retail broker services

designed and developed a customized online reference and
help system for vendor software that's distributed in the
healthcare industry. An e-Business

its corporate e-mail messaging manager product.
