Objectives
Arbitron, which offers various software applications to both radio
stations and advertising agencies, needed a Web site for its customers
to obtain basic information about their applications. Arbitron's support
staff was spending a lot of time training end users in the basic usage
of their software, rather than being free to support additional sales
activities.
