Our
Approach
USERTECH/Canterbury worked with Arbitron to design and implement a Training and
Support Web site, which would ultimately reduce repetitive on-site
training and hotline calls. The site was designed to include many beneficial
features, such as a login feature that allows Arbitron to track visitors
to the site and a search page that prompts users to select the criteria
for the information they are seeking and returns information based
on that criteria.
