Objectives
A major retail clothing manufacturer needed to train employees in approximately
40 retail stores on a new computer-based Point of Sale (POS) system.
They needed an approach that would train a large number of employees
at locations all over the country in a quick and efficient manner.
The training also needed to closely simulate their employees' working
environment, since TradeWind resides on a computer-based cash register
with a keyboard and no mouse.
