Outcome
USERTECH/Canterbury successfully delivered the CBT, which addressed all of the
client's needs. The client was very pleased with the CBT
and has hired USERTECH/Canterbury to develop a spin-off CBT that addresses
the needs of the Factory Outlet Division. Overall, the CBT
has allowed the client to train a large number of employees
at locations all over the country in a quick and efficient
manner.
