Outcome
The CBT was successfully delivered via CD-ROM to World Duty Free employees
in the U.S., Latin America, and South America. Having the CBT available
on CD-ROM allowed managers to conveniently schedule a time for their
staff members to train themselves. This freed managers from the task
of training during the critical cut-over period when the new system
was being implemented.
